This repository is a kind of wiki.
Gitlab has a wiki functionality but this repository does not use it, for good reasons:
- it keep the content of the "wiki" in the repository itself,
- it thus keeps a complete history of the editions within the repository,
- it allows for offline (out-of-browser) edition of the content.
Using a repository as a wiki
The principle is simple, the repository just contains markdown (.md) files that get automatically translated by gitlab.
You can create links between pages by using normal markdown links.
For example, see a page set of interesting links.
VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL
At the time of writting (with GitLab 6.3.1 779b4dc), to make a relative link, you must use a space in your link syntax, e.g., a page set of interesting links.
